Food Studies

Food Studies is a burgeoning, interdisciplinary, inherently politicized field of scholarship, practice, and art that examines the relationship between food and all aspects of the human experience. Food Studies courses taught by UEPI staff include:

  • UEP 306: Food and the Environment (core Food Studies course)
  • UEP 246: Applied Projects in Sustainability
  • UEP 247: Urban Agriculture Practicum
